Shipping Terms

Every order is carefully packed at our facility before it's handed over to our courier partner. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. During sale periods or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you posted by email.

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

These are estimates and not guarantees — actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather or local restrictions.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over ₹1,999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies, calculated automatically at checkout. Any applicable Cash on Delivery (COD) charges will also be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email (and SMS, where available) with your tracking number and a link to follow its journey. You can also check your order status anytime from the My Account page.

While we work with trusted courier partners, occasional delays can happen due to weather, regional disruptions or peak-season volumes. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date) with your order number — we'll sort it out quickly, whether that means a replacement, refund or reshipment.
